False Bay ladies unveil their new bikinis!

After many months of designers arguing their personal opinions about clothing design and multiple back and forths with the suppliers, False Bay Surf Lifesaving Club is proud to finally announce the arrival of the new ladies’ bikini, in full club colours.

Nationals 2014 saw the False Bay ladies unveiling their brand new lifesaving bikinis to the competitive scene. The new kit was very well received and they all seemed excited to show off their new costumes in the sea and beach arenas!

The bikinis were made to have the same design on the bottoms as the boys’ speedo and the tops were designed in line with the colours of the club and matching the full piece costume with green on the front, red on the back and white accents.

The girls may choose between wearing either the full piece or the new two piece bathing costumes.

The bikinis were also specially designed by Second Skin to be comfortable and supportive while competing in both surf and beach events.

The new costumes are hopefully a sign of a fresh new start for the team as they look to build on the amazing past season. The ladies can’t wait to compete in them again next season!

Even manager Aimee couldn’t resist showing hers off!

If any ladies are interested in ordering a new costume, they range in size from 22 – 48 and are available on request from the club at R90 for a bikini bottom and R110 for a bikini top.
